Play it by Ear is Jamie’s final short film as an NYU student.

Written, directed, and produced by Jamie, the comedy is based on her own experience with piano lessons as a kid.

With numerous COVID safety rules in place (including only five people allowed on set), shooting the film was a challenging experience, but ultimately an extremely rewarding one.
